Tracy Ferguson is the broker and owner of RE/MAX Lakes & Land in York, SC. He is a 1990 graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Agricultural Economics and Real Estate Finance. Inspired by his father’s real estate career, Tracy acquired his real estate license in 1989 and became a licensed broker in 1990.A native of York, Tracy is committed to the ongoing development and growth of the community and surrounding areas in which he chose to establish his business and raise his family. A second generation realtor, broker and farmer, Tracy has a vast knowledge of the local real estate market and development. His expertise lies in new construction, land sales, zoning, historical properties and residential sales. His talent of predicting upcoming market trends is unmatched!
With thirty plus years of experience, Tracy has well-established relationships with area professionals necessary for real estate transactions, including loan officers, attorneys, surveyors, home inspectors, contractors, investors, as well as other realtors. His goal is to provide clients with a smooth, successful transaction whether buying or selling a home, investment property, tract of land or building a new home.
Tracy lives on his family farm just outside of York. During the rare moments he takes a break from real estate, Tracy enjoys spending time with his family, working in his pecan orchard, traveling and of course attending a few Clemson football games. Go Tigers!!!
